All attendees must register prior to the event. Registration is subject to availability and may close once capacity is reached.

Registration confirmation does not guarantee entry if venue capacity limits are exceeded. Early arrival is recommended.

2. Age Restrictions

Attendees must meet the minimum age requirement (e.g., 18+ or 21+) as specified per event. Valid ID may be required at entry.

3. Code of Conduct

Ámame events are safe, inclusive spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse or remove anyone who violates community standards without refund.

4. Tickets and Payment

Tickets or registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Ámame reserves the right to modify event details or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered attendees will be notified promptly.

In case of cancellation, registered attendees will receive a refund if payment was made.

6. Photography and Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Ámame may use images or videos for promotional purposes.

If you do not consent, please notify staff upon entry.

7. Penalties for Damages and Cleaning

Attendees are responsible for respecting the venue and its property. Any damage caused during the event by an attendee will be subject to repair or replacement costs, charged to the responsible party.

Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the venue requires extra cleaning due to the actions of attendees.

8. Liability

Attending Ámame events is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal property.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event management and communication and will not be shared with third parties.
